STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM WITH NATIONAL QUEMOY UNIVERSITY (NQU), TAIWAN
I. Program Overview:
- Duration: 5 months (September 2025 – January 2026).
- Eligibility: Students of the International School, Hue University.
Benefits:

II. Application Requirements:
1. Application Form:
- Complete NQU’s template (will be updated via Zalo or email).
2. Personal Statement & Study Plan:
- Statement: Self-introduction, academic achievements, and relevant experience (1–2 pages).
- Study Plan: Goals, reasons for joining, and post-program plans (max. 1,000 words).
3. Proof of Enrollment:
- Certified document from your current university confirming student status (with stamp/signature).
4. Academic Transcripts:
- Includes grades and GPA. Must be translated into English or Chinese if not originally in one of these languages.
5. Recommendation Letter:
- From your Dean or Academic Advisor, evaluating your academic performance and potential.
6. Additional Documents (if applicable):
- Language certificates (HSK, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
- Awards, extracurricular certifications, or research projects.
III. Submission Guidelines:
- Deadline: 25 June 2025 (10:00 AM).

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Document Translation:
All documents not in English or Chinese must be officially notarised and translated.
2. Submission Procedure:
Students MUST NOT submit applications directly to National Quemoy University. ALL APPLICATIONS must be submitted through the International Faculty of Hue University.
3. Non-compliance Consequences:
Any applications that fail to follow these procedures and requirements will be considered invalid and will be rejected.
